Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Ohio, Columbus. She is considered by many to be among the top gymnasts. Biles was the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one who won four gold medals in a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is the only person to have three world championships in succession. Biles was raised in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in gymnastics at age six during a day-care field trip at Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for eleven years under supervision of trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles took home a medal in vault, and also a medal in floor gymnastics at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships. The year 2011 saw her begin playing in elite levels of competition. In just two short years, she was the most successful athlete in her discipline. The thing that set Biles out was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the high degree of challenge she integrated into her routines throughout the four events she competed in: vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
